Welcome to the 2nd Conference on Materials Failure Investigation (CMFI 2025). Building on the success of our inaugural CMFI in 2023, we are thrilled to invite you to the 2nd CMFI. Last year’s event brought together a diverse group of plant operators, industry practitioners, research scientists, and educators from various sectors, including Energy and Power Generation (oil & gas, utilities, nuclear energy), Aerospace and Aviation, Automotive and Transportation (railways and shipbuilding), Manufacturing and Industrial Equipment, and Electronics and Semiconductors.
This year, we delve deeper into “The Science of Failure: Investigating and Learning for Failure Prevention.” Our aim is to foster a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration among experts to advance the field of materials failure investigation. Join us to explore the latest advancements, discuss real-world challenges, and learn from industry leaders.
