This course was introduced targeting personnel at technician and supervisor levels before they are ready to further their competency training to Coating Inspector program.

This course is designed to train participants with the surface knowledge on QA QC related to surface preparation and painting works. As for participants with site experience as blaster painter technicians, this course is to cater the needs for getting broader knowledge in inspection.

This certification was introduced to certify and upgrade individuals with coating inspection / QAQC background. There are two levels available for personnel to pursue their career path as a coating / painting inspector.

 

This course is designed to train participants with the knowledge and skills to:

Today, there is still a lack of knowledge on corrosion protection for many technicians and engineers. The industries need to address this problem urgently to ensure that all facilities to be built will be free from serious corrosion problem in the future and all existing facilities are maintained properly.

IMM CORROSION CONTROL BY PROTECTIVE COATING

This 3 days course is developed with broader and deeper technical discussion plus comprehensive hands-on workshop on surface preparation and painting techniques. Besides, this course will also focus on inspection skills to assess the application of protective coatings.
