Day 1

  • Overview of Jetty and Tank farm Operation (Refinery Perceptive).
  • Definition and Terminology.
  • Compliances to the regulation. (MARPOL/IMO/ILO)
  • Roles and responsibility of the work force (Jetty and Tank Farm)
  • Identified facilities equipment and its functions. (Jetty and Tank Farm)
  • Type of tankers, design, capacity and parameters.
  • Identified potential hazard and risk of the tanker operation.

Day 2

  • Review the current Operating procedures and policy.
  • Review HSE Statistic and data of accident/Incident.
  • Review commercial statistic of claim on the non-compliances by 3rd Party.
  • Review on the Maintenance record on the equipment defects.
  • Review on the Quality Department-Product quality compliance issues.

Day 3

  • Corrective action by Offsite
  • Improvement on the SOP. (Update lesson learn)
  • Training and guide on the operation. (Fill the knowledge gap)
  • Effective Preventive maintenance program (Equipment)
  • Enforcement and Monitoring program on work force. (Mindset change program).
  • Implementation of schedule audit. (surveillance and quantified of outcomes)
