Preventive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) Maintenance
This course is designed for maintenance supervisors and technician and people who are training for these positions. The objective of this course is to impart detailed understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance, including how to set them up, design task lists and implement the systems in specified environment. This understanding will lead to reduced breakdowns, increase equipment availability and reliability, and optimise your maintenance cost. In the predictive maintenance topic, trainees will be introduced to few maintenance tools and approach such as RCM and CBM – Lubrication oil analysis, thermography, and vibration analysis.
There is much to know in designing effective Preventive Maintenance strategy for different types of equipment. This course will, in a short time, bring your entire team to a deeper understanding of how to make your PM and PdM systems and techniques more effective.
