This is a 4 days training & certification course consisting of theory lectures, practical hands-on learning, case studies, and assessment. This course IS designed to train and certify Technicians involved in Corrosion Monitoring, Corrosion Control techniques like Corrosion Inhibition and Cathodic Protection potential survey, and Quality Control in the manufacturing of anodes.

Objectives

Upon completion of this training, participants will gain an understanding on key point corrosion monitoring and process corrosion Monitoring; how to retrieve and change-out of coupons and probes; how to carry out measurements and interpretation of corrosion rates; how to use retrieval tools, service valves, back pressure pumps and surge tubes; how to carry out the cathodic protection potential monitoring survey and Inspection techniques for key point monitoring; how to recognise the key feature in corrosion inhibitor monitoring.
