About Us

Incorporated in 2004, Materials Technology Education Sdn. Bhd. (MTE) is an industry driven training provider which registered with Petronas , Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), and Ministry of Finance (MOF). MTE specializes in delivering technical training for individual competency development for more than 15 years.

IMM Cathodic Protection Certification Program Petronas Carigali Turkmenistan 2019

We provide IN-HOUSE TRAINING to local staff (Turkmenistan) and help them to improve knowledge and skill in cathodic protection. We conducted theory class & practical session. It is successfully program and they looking to upgrade their level of competency

Virtual Class – Maintenance & Inspection of Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine Serba Dinamik 29 July – 5 August 2021

This is a collaboration with Malakoff Technical Solutions to provide the right skills and knowledge for gas turbines and steam turbines.

Customized Program – Vibration Analysis for Machinery Condition Monitoring and Troubleshooting TM R&D 27 – 30 September 2021

We assist the group of researchers from TM R&D to understand the concept of vibration analysis and condition monitoring for rotating equipment.

IMM Certified Vibration Practitioner Category 2 Petronas GTS (Kuala Lumpur) 2017 – 2019

We have successfully conducted IN-HOUSE training and certified about 50 pax of Petronas GTS KL in Vibration Analysis.

Virtual Class – IMM Coating Fingerprint Certification Program International Paint (Singapore), Petronas Carigali Turkmenistan, Asia Propel, Eurofin NM Laboratories & Universiti Teknologi MARA 2020

In order to solve the demand needs by the industry, we have successfully conducted our first Virtual Class via Zoom for IMM Certified Coating Fingerprint Level 1.

Virtual Class – Corrosion Fundamental & Corrosion Protection for Facilities Operators/ Maintenance Personnel Petronas FLNG Sabah July – December 2020 (8 session)

This is in-house training for about 100 pax of staff of Petronas FLNG Sabah. The program was conducted virtually and divided into 8 session according to the staff availability.

Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) Training Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing (Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan) 2020

We have successfully conducted IN-HOUSE training for 100 pax of Petron staff in order to meet their requirement and need in H2S emergency response
